While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can process them through the use of some effective approaches, such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. This is highly effective for treating many issues (e.g., PTSD / Trauma / Personal Injury / Chronic Pain & Illness / Anxiety / Depression / and Repetitive Sports Permance Problems...and many other issues!). I use a model called ACCEPTANCE AND COMMITMENT THERAPY which encourages openness and flexibility in thinking. We will work together to resolve challenges in your life by applying these (and other) therapy approaches and techniques. The goal is to START LIVING! Together we will process negative belief patterns and perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
